I've been reading a lot of stories lately about tech support services and the funny things people ask, but this story tops it all. It's not really funny but it's a really head scratcher. Apparently the statistics department of a campus in the USA could no longer send emails further away than 500 miles...
My only trouble with it is that it's kinda technical at some points (although I can't really think of a better way to explain it).
